Wardstow for Chapters

It keeps running when you stop.

Wardstow is the system a volunteer organization runs on. The member roster and dues, the calendar and event sign-ups, the messages and the public website all live in one place. When an officer steps down, the next one inherits a system that works, not a password list.

The demo chapter is a working install with sample data. Look around as long as you like.

The Chapters edition

What a chapter runs on, in one keeping

Wardstow for Chapters is built for clubs, chapters and other organizations run by volunteers. Each part reads from the same member records, so nothing has to be typed in twice or kept in step by hand.

  • Roster and dues

Who is a member, who has paid and who is coming up for renewal, in one list rather than a spreadsheet only one person can find.

  • Events and rally registration

Publish the calendar and open registration. Larger days, such as rallies and open houses, get their own sign-up so the organizer knows who is coming.

  • Volunteer sign-up

List the jobs a day needs and let members put their names down. The gaps show up a week before, not on the morning.

  • Scholarships and donations

Applications and donations come in through the chapter website and land in one place for the people who review them.

  • Email, text and push messages

Write to the whole membership or one group from the same list the roster keeps. There is no separate mailing list to fall out of date.

  • A public chapter website

Events, news and contact details come from the same records, so the website stays current without anyone remembering to update it.

  • iPhone and iPad apps

Members and officers work from the same data on their phones and tablets.

Features are switched on per install. A chapter that needs only the roster and the website gets the roster and the website, and adds the rest when it is ready.

Why it exists

Organizations do not stall for lack of members

They stall when the one person who knew how everything worked steps down. The roster is in their spreadsheet, the website login is in their email, and the dues history is in their head. The incoming officer inherits a pile of accounts and does not know what is missing.

Wardstow is the place that keeps what it is given. Put the organization in Wardstow and a change of officers becomes a handover rather than a rebuild.

It runs itself

Renewals are tracked and backups happen on a schedule, not when somebody remembers on a Sunday. When a scheduled job fails, it says so.

It hands over

The records and settings are kept with the organization, not in one officer's inbox. A new treasurer or secretary finds them where the last one left them.

It is built by somebody who does the job

Wardstow was built inside a working chapter by the officer who runs its technology. It fits how a chapter actually works on a meeting night.

Pricing

Priced by install

Every organization is a different size and needs a different set of features, so Wardstow is priced per install. The price depends on the size of the membership, the features switched on, and whether we host it for you or install it on your organization's own cloud account.

Request a demo and tell us about your organization. We will walk through the demo chapter with you and quote the install in writing.
